1. What types of people should you refer to Your Web Base?

Literally any person with access to a computer or smart device is a good candidate. People who use social media, play games, movie lovers, bloggers, website owners, YouTube channel owners, online shoppers, you name it we have something for everyone through one or more of the 7 companies. Also we will be hiring people through the database whenever possible. These positions will be worldwide and range from entry level to executive positions. Obviously since we will be global we will eventually need to open physical offices in each country due to the laws in those countries regarding companies of the size of these. Anyone who comes from the database will result in the person who referred them to the database getting a finders fee.

When that time comes we will open a place inside the Database back office that lists the positions we are looking for as well as a place to submit your Resume/CV. Most entry level positions and their managers work can be done from home from any country.

2. Is the information of mine and my downline protected?

All of our companies believe in online privacy and information like your real name for example is held by us. We need this information to pay you and to prove you are a real person. YWB collects personal information but how it is used protects the members. For example, if a company is looking for men ages 35-60 we can provide those people to them but we do not give the people's actual names to the company. We use a code system as well. Members get unique ID's that protect their identity outside the system. If a company wants to send people emails they would pay us and we would send them to our members. But no one is protected from hackers and just as the federal government of the U.S. and other big name companies get hacked we can be too. Contracts between companies and YWB protect the YWB members. They need us more than we need them.

3. If YWB is free then how can we earn money?

YWB is only free to members. Companies pay us to use our services and we pay our users out of the money that comes in from the companies. The bigger your downline is the more money you can earn.  We have powerful algorithms that are capable of turning a very small amount of money per person into a very nice income. While the amount we can charge a company and the amount that you can earn varies on 2 things (1) the size of the total Web Base and (2) the size of your own. It is possible for us to pay out more than any paid program online now. The bigger those 2 variables are the more you can make. If the Web Base is big enough, it is possible for individual people to earn a 6 or 7 figure income with the companies only paying us 25 cents a member, for example.

4. How do I know you are not going to steal our downline?

We understand that this is a concern for some people. In the past there have been free programs that have launched and then once everyone joins they introduce a paid membership and if you do not pay it you lose your downline to someone above you who does. All members are marked as paid when they join for nearly 7 years in the future to prove the point that we have no intention to charge our members.

We are also aware it is common to build large databases and then steal the people. This is something that uneducated people do. We know how to retrieve all your email addresses if we choose to do that. Every lead company online knows how to do it too. In order to do it we do not need a website like this. In a matter of a couple weeks at the cost of a few hundred dollars we could have yours and any person who is a member of any company's email address. We know how to get the email addresses for an entire company. For example, if we wanted to get all the email addresses of everyone in Amway we could. But all that is, is a bunch of leads. What people cannot steal is your trust in the person who referred you. They cannot steal their recommendation. You cannot scrape that. We have no shortage of leads of people to market businesses to. By scraping we would save countless hours of time spent on support and hosting. It would be far cheaper and easier.  What we are interested in is you as a collective group, not a bunch of names and email addresses. We want a live collective group of people who work together for the benefit of the common good. That is what we are all about.

5. Why was my account deleted?

Our customers pay us for our services which is to provide real people to do a service for them. It is our job to make sure that that is what we provide them. We do many different tests to ensure that all of our accounts are tied to real individual people. If an account is found to be fake then it is removed from the system. To be a member and get paid you must provide your real information just as you would in the real world. Fake accounts are removed without notice because fake accounts are forbidden under the terms of service that you agreed to when you joined.

6. What is meant by Active?

Active means having a current paid membership. However, since founding members do not pay they must prove they are active by logging into the back office and reading the newsfeed to stay current on what is going on in the company. It also means participating in the events that are available in the country they are in. These are things that someone who paid money to join a program would normally do. But since many were given their memberships at no cost to them they may not have the same respect for the business that cost them nothing to join. This is why we require all founding members to remain active in order to maintain their status as a paid member.
