Our Terms and Conditions are simple. You must sign up using your real name or the name of a company that you own. Using false information constitutes fraud.
We have a 100% zero spam policy. SPAM which includes putting email addresses of people you do not personally know into the tell-a-friend system, is strictly prohibited.
You can only have 1 account unless you have sponsored over 900 people personally. At that point you can open another under the same sponsor.
There is no cross sponsoring or quitting and rejoining under someone else.
Members are not allowed to join our client companies outside of YWB once they have been announced to the members. Making side deals with our clients is strictly forbidden. Contacting our clients directly is considered an attempt to compete. Our clients do not deal directly our members that is what we are contracted to do. Having members contact them puts extra work on the company that is why they have contracts with us. When members violate these rules they put our contract at risk hurting everyone involved and makes our company look bad. Contacting the companies, joining the companies directly and cross recruiting members of YWB will be grounds for legal action against you. Our Database is backed up on a regular basis so quitting so that you can compete is not protection from legal action for damage to the company and its members. If you have a question regarding one of our clients you need to ask us. These are our Your Web Base clients and our members are not employees of our company. If a company makes an offering to our members to buy something and you feel that you will need to deal with them directly after you have made your purchase then do not make a purchase from any of our clients because you will be violating our terms of service.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions will result in your immediate termination; forfeiture or your downline as well as all future earnings and possible civil action. By being a member of YWB you agree to pay all legal fees in the event that you violate these rules.
This is Your Web Base and these rules are here to protect your downline from being stolen not only from companies we do business with but from other members as well.
